How do you enter? It's easy, submit products you may have already created, or winter break is the perfect time to get creative and take pictures, edit photos, draw or create digital art! Then email them to Mrs. Kerns.
Make sure you use the rubrics for the four categories that are posted below. Five school judges will use these rubrics to select the top 2 winners at the school level in each category. Then the top two winners in each category will be submitted in the state STLP competition.
Please note, all work must be completed by the student; adults can guide and give advice, but the work must be the students'.

Any camera; it can even be your iPhone/iPod/iPad. Get creative and take photos of people, objects, pets, landscapes, holiday decor, use different angles and lighting... the possibilities are endless. *DO NOT edit for this category.
Manipulated Image Resources:
Again, this can be done on your iPhone/iPod/iPad or computer
Be creative; think outside the box!
Graphic Design Resources:
There are many ways to go about this, but the graphic design must be original photo or art created by the student that has a theme/message; words are usually on the design. You can use some of the same resources as digital art and manipulated image.
